Complete refurbishment of this beautiful old Town House located in the quaint town of Pollença. The house has been totally redone, combining traditional Majorcan old features with modern design elements and commodities. Most of the materials have been locally sourced, respecting the looks and character of old town houses in the area.

Project Management

The Project was picked up in an initialized stage, and since then has been scrutinously Managed by origen, slightly updating the work team with our most trustworthy service companies.
Rigorous reports have been sent to the client on a daily basis as a special request, guaranteeing all design elements and finishes were exactly as specified by the owner.
Slight design modifications have been made in collaboration with the client to improve form and functionality of some elements.
A very challenging Project due to the high level of detail the owner is accustomed to that has certainly given the property a superb finish, and a very high standard overall appearance.

Interior Design

Our client was a well experienced designer with particularly good taste, making our job much easier. In this case we have opted for assisting in the preservation of traditional Majorcan style and selection of local materials, whilst combining them with this more modern and visionary style, not so seen in the North of the Island. A much needed revamp in our areas designing ways.
